Placing an Order

Once a customer has added items to their bag, three steps take them to a confirmed order: reviewing the Your Bag page, completing Checkout, and landing on Order Confirmation.

What's in this section

• Item Customizer → choosing varieties and ingredients before an item is added to the bag
• Your Bag → reviewing items and promo codes before checkout
• Checkout → customer details, tipping, and payment
• Order Confirmation → the confirmation screen and live order tracker

Pick-Up only

GrubStack Web places every order as Pick-Up — there's no order type to choose. See the Dashboard's Order Types page for why Dine-In isn't offered here yet.
