Your GrubStack License

The GrubStack License is the core subscription that unlocks GrubStack Core (dashboard), GrubStack Web (storefront), and GrubStack API for your business. Every account needs an active license — addons build on top of it, but none of them work without it.

Managing your license

From your dashboard, go to Subscriptions to view your license details:

• Purchase date and monthly cost
• Your next renewal date (or cancellation date, if auto-renewal is off)
• Which features are currently unlocked (locations, QR codes, shared access, featured items, promo codes)

You can toggle auto-renewal on or off, or cancel your license entirely, directly from this screen.

Cancelling your license

Cancelling stops auto-renewal — your license, and everything built on top of it, stays active until the end of your current billing period, then deactivates. There are no partial-period refunds.

Any addons on your account will stop providing their benefit once your license expires, even if the addon itself is still active. Consider cancelling or disabling auto-renewal on your addons at the same time.

After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to reactivate or export any records you need.
