GrubStack Kiosk is a purely ordering-to-payment experience — simple enough for a first-time customer to use without help, and built on the same menu, pricing, and order flow as the rest of GrubStack.
Designed for Tablets
A full-screen, landscape-first ordering experience with large touch targets, a category rail, and a running order total — built to be used with a finger, not a mouse.
Card, Wallet, or Cash
Customers pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through your existing Stripe or Square account. Prefer cash? Enable Pay at Window and the order is held until your cashier marks it paid.
Your Brand, Light or Dark
Your logo and brand colors appear throughout, and you can choose a light or dark theme per location from GrubStack Core to suit your counter and lighting.
Resets Between Customers
If a customer walks away mid-order, the kiosk warns, then clears the order and returns to the start screen — so the next person always begins with a clean slate.
Locked Down with a PIN
Set an optional PIN in GrubStack Core so only your staff can change which location a kiosk serves. Wrong guesses are rate-limited, and the PIN is never stored in readable form.
Unlocks Dine-In Ordering
The Kiosk add-on also enables Dine-In ordering on your GrubStack Web storefront, so table QR codes can start a Dine-In order for customers ordering from their own phones.

Open the kiosk page on a tablet, choose the location it serves, and it is ready to take orders — with no separate app or deployment to manage. Orders arrive on your GrubStack Core Orders board and your GrubStack Terminal kitchen display like any other order.
