GrubStack is a subscription-based online ordering platform built for independent restaurants and food trucks. It includes three products — GrubStack API, GrubStack Core, and GrubStack Web — all included in a single monthly subscription. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no per-transaction charges beyond what your payment processor collects.
Every GrubStack subscription includes all three products (API, Core, and Web), one restaurant location, one QR code for table or counter ordering, 1GB of CDN storage for menu images, Square and Stripe payment integration, and email support. Additional locations and storage can be added as separate addons.
No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding consultants required, and no contracts to sign. Create an account, subscribe, and your storefront is ready to take orders. You can request a free demo at any time if you'd like a walkthrough before subscribing.
No technical expertise is required to use GrubStack Core or GrubStack Web. You can build your menu, configure your storefront, and connect a payment processor entirely through the dashboard. GrubStack API is available for developers who want to build custom integrations, but it is not required for standard use.
GrubStack supports Square and Stripe. You connect your existing Square or Stripe account through the GrubStack Core dashboard — GrubStack never stores payment card data. If you don't yet have a payment processor account, both Square and Stripe offer free sign-up.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your GrubStack dashboard. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export any records you need.
The base subscription includes one restaurant location. If you operate multiple locations — for example, a food truck fleet or a second storefront — additional locations are available as an addon. Contact us at contact@grubstack.app for multi-location pricing.

Yes. GrubStack is built with data privacy compliance in mind. Each merchant account runs in an isolated deployment — your customer data is never commingled with other restaurants. You can request data export or deletion at any time by contacting us. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
