The GrubStack Core App

GrubStack Core is where you manage everything about your restaurant — from your menu and locations to live orders and reports. Every section is accessible from the sidebar navigation on the left.

What's in this section

• Setup Wizard — the guided onboarding shown the first time you sign in
• Restaurant — locations, branding, landing page, menus, order types, working hours, and QR codes
• Products — your catalog of ingredients, items, menus, and varieties
• Builder Tool — a visual tool for building items, menus, and varieties
• Media Library — the images used across your storefront
• Orders — live orders as they move through Confirmed, In Progress, and Completed
• Order History — a searchable record of past orders
• Reports — performance metrics, charts, and trends
• Promo Codes — discount codes for your customers
• Logging — application and access logs

Some sections may not appear in your sidebar if your account doesn't have permission for them, or if a feature requires an addon you haven't purchased yet.
