"This code is invalid or has expired"

Pairing codes expire after 10 minutes and can only be used once. Generate a new code from the location's GrubStack Terminal card and enter it right away.

The display isn't showing new orders

Check the display's network connection first — GrubStack Terminal needs a steady connection to check for new orders every 30 seconds. If the connection is fine, confirm you're looking at the right location; a display only ever shows orders for the single location it was paired to.

I don't see Mark Paid, Cancel, or Refund buttons

These only appear when payment handling is turned on for the location — see Payments & Refunds. Otherwise, the display is intentionally read-only for anything involving money.

Re-pairing or replacing a display

There's currently no list of paired displays in the dashboard, and a pairing doesn't expire on its own. To hand a display off to a different location, or retire one, clear its browser data so it shows the pairing screen again, then pair it with a fresh code. If a display is lost or stolen, contact support so its connection can be revoked.
