Manage live orders as they come in.
Orders
Track and process live orders as they come in. Orders is a real-time board with three columns — Confirmed, In Progress, and Completed — and moves orders left to right as you work through them.
How the board works
The board auto-refreshes every 30 seconds, and shows the time of the last refresh at the top. If you manage more than one location, a Location selector appears so you can switch which location's orders you're viewing.
Each order card shows the order number, how long ago it was placed, the customer's name and table number (if applicable), its items and any item or order notes, and the total. Cash orders are marked with a Cash badge.
If your browser notifications are enabled, you'll get a desktop notification whenever a new order arrives in Confirmed.
What's in this section
- Confirmed → new orders awaiting preparation
- In Progress → orders currently being prepared
- Completed → orders that have been fulfilled
