Orders

Track and process live orders as they come in. Orders is a real-time board with four columns — Awaiting Payment, Confirmed, In Progress, and Completed — and moves orders left to right as you work through them.

How the board works

The board auto-refreshes every 30 seconds, and shows the time of the last refresh at the top. If you manage more than one location, a Location selector appears so you can switch which location's orders you're viewing.

Each order card shows the order number, how long ago it was placed, the customer's name and table number (if applicable), its items and any item or order notes, and the total. Cash orders are marked with a Cash badge, and show as Cash — unpaid until you mark them as paid.

If your browser notifications are enabled, you'll get a desktop notification whenever a new order arrives in Confirmed.

What's in this section

• Awaiting Payment → cash orders waiting for the customer to pay
• Confirmed → new orders awaiting preparation
• In Progress → orders currently being prepared
• Completed → orders that have been fulfilled
