Products is where you build your catalog — the ingredients, items, menus, and varieties that make up what customers can order. Everything here is organized into 5 tabs.

Archiving vs. deleting
Deleting an item, ingredient, variety, or menu doesn't remove it permanently — it's archived instead. Archived entries are hidden from your active catalog and storefront, but stay available under the Archived tab so historical orders and reports referencing them remain accurate. You can restore an archived entry at any time.
