Browsing the Menu

How customers find and review items before adding them to an order.

Browsing the Menu

Customers find what they want through three pages — the list of menus, the items on a single menu, and the details of one item — before adding anything to their bag.

What's in this section

  • Menus → the list of menus available at a location
  • Menu Items → browsing the items on a single menu
  • Item Details → customizing and adding a single item to an order

Adding an item without customization

Wherever an item appears — a menu card, search results, the Popular list, the featured item — its Add to Order button adds it straight to the bag if it has no required choices to make. If it has required varieties or customizable ingredients, the same button opens the item customizer instead, so the customer can make those choices first.
